Summer 2021 Location Update:

UNCA track is back! Meet at Jus’ Running at 6:30pm for a 1.5 mile group warmup to the track, OR meet at the track at about 6:45pm. Track workout is about 4-5 miles total and varies every week.

 Not comfortable meeting in groups? No problem! We will continue to post the workouts on Facebook and Strava each week.

Maggot Tuesday Workouts:

Our Maggot workouts take place every Tuesday evening and will make you a stronger and better runner. Challenge yourself. All levels welcome.
