Maggot Track Workout
Our Maggot workouts take place every Tuesday evening and will make you a stronger and better runner. Challenge yourself. All levels welcome.
When: Tuesday – 6:30pm
Where: Jus’ Running, 523 Merrimon Ave. Warm-up Run is 1.5 miles to the UNCA Track or you can meet us at the track at 7 p.m.
Goal: Strength/speed interval training for 5k to Marathon
