We are currently NOT meeting in-person for Tuesday night track workouts. But we ARE posting virtual workouts every Tuesday morning, from the Maggot Track master Norman Blair himself! Check out our Instagram or Facebook page for a new virtual workout, posted every Tuesday.

Maggot Track Workout

Our Maggot workouts take place every Tuesday evening and will make you a stronger and better runner. Challenge yourself. All levels welcome.

Leader: Norm
When: Tuesday – 6:30pm
Where: Jus’ Running, 523 Merrimon Ave. Warm-up Run is 1.5 miles to the UNCA Track or you can meet us at the track at 7 p.m.
Goal: Strength/speed interval training for 5k to Marathon
