Tuesday Track Workout

Our Maggot workouts take place every Tuesday evening and will make you a stronger and better runner. Challenge yourself. All levels welcome.
When: Tuesdays at 6:30pm
Where: Meet at Jus’ Running Shop (523 Merrimon Ave, Asheville 28804) at 6:30pm for a 1.5 mile group warmup to the track, OR meet at the track (600 Wellness Way, Asheville, NC 28804) at about 6:45pm. Track workout is about 4-5 miles total and varies every week.
What: Interval-based track workouts at the UNCA Karl Straus Track.
